On Thursday evenings a number of fine sailboats have an informal race that leaves from Elliott Bay Marina in the Magnolia neighborhood and then cruises around a course in front of the Seattle skyline. It's an extremely relaxed "race", and is mostly a good excuse for nice sailing in a pretty setting, and the food and drinks afterwards. Here we sailed on our friends' 46' Hallberg-Rassy sailboat.
