Cranberry Lake is a serene and protected lake in Washington state’s most visited state park, Deception Pass. The fresh water lake is extremely convenient to many non-lake activities that are all within a stone’s throw: campground, saltwater beach, and easy pull-up road access.

There are no gas-motorized boats allowed on Cranberry Lake. So it is relatively quiet and there are no boat wakes to deal with. It is a fun destination for kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, canoeing, rowing, and fishing.
